Nice place with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. I fondly remember the staff helping me with a cold drink during my first stay. Highly recommend enjoying breakfast early!

the decor at this hotel is tragically outdated, and my room was uncomfortably warm. i did expect a complimentary gift or at least a small gesture of appreciation for my stay but was met with indifference. breakfast was barley satisfactory, with items running out well before time. i almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

Comfortable stay in a busy city

The hotel's location is truly a gem, placing us near great dining options and at the heart of Caen’s vibrant atmosphere. The front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming, ensuring our needs were met with kindness. Breakfast was another highlight. the buffet offered a delicious variety, keeping us energized for our daily adventures.

The parking situation left much to be desired, as the shared underground garage with limited space was often full. We encountered maintenance issues in our room, with dusty surfaces and clunky showerheads that disrupted our comfort. This detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The breakfast room offers a solid variety of options that kept everyone satisfied. the blackout curtains in the rooms are a nice touch, allowing for a good night’s sleep despite the morning chaos from the market nearby.

The Wi-Fi was spotty, constantly dropping out when moving around the hotel, which made it frustrating to stay connected. the room maintenance left something to be desired, like the leaky sink that went unfixed during the stay and a mattress needing better support for those with back issues. It’s worth noting that the shared parking situation is a gamble, often tight and overpriced, pushing guests to seek alternative parking options. the décor felt dated and wouldn't align with what you’d expect from a more upscale place.

Our family enjoyed a fantastic six-night stay. The rooms were clean, offering a comfortable atmosphere. Early breakfast at a nearby boulangerie was delightful. A short walk led us to vibrant dining options and beautiful sights, making our trip memorable. Remember to check for bar hours before planning your evening!

The spacious underground car park, the well-maintained public areas, the cozy mini bar was simply grewt.

The staff were absolutely lovely during my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The Privilege Double Room was not only clean but also well-appointed, providing a comfortable atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the stunning city view from my room, which made my mornings quite delightful.
